Al-Mubeen - He is the One whose Oneness is evident with the proofs supporting it. He is the One who makes the truth evident to His slaves and conveys it to them.

Evidence: “…And they will realise that Allah is the [very] Truth, that makes all things manifest.” (Surah 24 «An-Noor» , Ayah 25)
