Al-Qawiyy - The All Strong. He is the All-Powerful, to whom perfect power belongs. His commands are carried out, He is never overpowered, His decree cannot be averted and whatever He decrees certainly takes place. He gives assistance and support to the believers and severely punishes those who disbelieve His signs and arrogantly turn away from declaring His Oneness.
