Al-Muqtadir - the Perfect in Ability, is an intensive form that stresses Allah’s perfect ability.

Occurrence: Al-Qaadir: 12 times; Al-Qadeer: 45 times; Al-Muqtadir: 4 times

Evidence: “Say, ‘He is able to send punishment upon you from above you or from beneath your feet.’” (Surah 6 «Al-An'aam» , Ayah 65)

“Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, in a seat of honour in the presence of a Sovereign who is Perfect in Ability.” (Surah 54 «Al-Qamar» , Ayah -1);

“Allah has power over all things.” (Surah 2 «Al-Baqara» , Ayah 20)
